A Civil Engineering graduate from the United States, Zahi developed early in his career a rare combination of entrepreneurial instinct and operational rigour, the ability to see the long arc of an opportunity while managing the detail of execution. He has held board positions across multiple companies and investment ventures throughout the region, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor to family enterprises and private investors alike, known for his ethical leadership, strategic clarity, and sound judgment.
As Chairman and Shareholder of Anabtawi Food Industries, Zahi brings the full weight of his experience to bear on AFI’s most important mandate, translating a proud family legacy into a next-generation manufacturing platform built for regional leadership.
